When you create a LiteFrame account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Website Content

Content you create, upload, or manage through the LiteFrame platform (pages, blog posts, images, form configurations, CSS, templates) is stored on our servers as part of providing the service. This content belongs to you. You can export your complete site at any time.

Form Submissions and Leads

When visitors submit forms on websites hosted through LiteFrame, those submissions are stored as leads within your LiteFrame account. We process this data on your behalf. You are the data controller for any personal information collected through forms on your sites.

Analytics Data

LiteFrame's built-in analytics tracks page views, session duration, scroll depth, and referrer data for websites hosted on the platform. This data is collected without cookies, without third-party scripts, and without sending visitor data to external services. Analytics data is stored on our servers and is accessible only to the site owner through the LiteFrame admin.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the LiteFrame platform, including pages visited within the admin, features used, and AI generation requests. This helps us improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.

Marketing Site

When you visit liteframecms.com (this marketing site), we do not use third-party tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or cookie-based analytics. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the LiteFrame platform
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

AI Content Generation (BuildLab)

When you use BuildLab, your site content (CSS, templates, page content, settings) is sent to our AI processing infrastructure to generate contextual output. This data is used solely to fulfill your generation request. We do not use your site content to train AI models. AI-generated content is delivered to your account and is not shared with other users.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
• SendGrid for transactional email delivery (account notifications, password resets).
• Pexels for stock photo integration within BuildLab. When you search for stock photos, your search query is sent to Pexels' API.

We do not embed third-party tracking scripts, social media pixels, or advertising networks on websites hosted through LiteFrame unless you choose to add them yourself through the platform's script injection feature.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on dedicated servers managed by Liquid Web, located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), two-factor authentication, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and input sanitization. Automatic backups are performed before every platform update.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and website content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data by logging into your LiteFrame account
• Export your complete website data at any time through the platform's export feature
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Object to processing of your data for purposes beyond providing the service

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

Agency Accounts and Client Data

If you use the LiteFrame Agency plan, you act as a data processor for your clients' website content and form submissions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of client data complies with applicable privacy laws and your own agreements with your clients. We process this data on your behalf in accordance with this policy.

Children

LiteFrame is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
