We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for weddings, and 3–6 months for corporate or private events. Popular dates in spring and autumn book up quickly, so earlier is always better.
We work exclusively with our in-house culinary team and select preferred partners. This ensures consistent quality and full accountability. We're happy to accommodate dietary requirements, cultural menus, and bespoke requests.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is typically split: 50% due six months before the event, and the final 25% two weeks prior. We accept bank transfer and all major card payments.
Package prices cover venue hire, staffing, and listed inclusions. Catering is priced per-head based on your menu selection. We provide a full itemised proposal with no hidden fees before you commit to anything.
Absolutely — we encourage it. Private tours are available by appointment and typically last 90 minutes. You'll meet your coordinator, walk every space, and leave with a clear picture of what's possible.
