Founded on the belief that dining should be an occasion, Aurelian brings together the finest seasonal ingredients with French-inspired technique and contemporary presentation. Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Marcus Bellamy, whose two decades of experience span Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and New York.
